If you want to have a nice time and eat in a peaceful place with your family, I would not recommend it. In fact, although the venue is big enough and the location is good, the staff is quite bad. It is always very crowded and noisy. Employees change every time I go, they have constant stressful facial expressions and they are far from polite. They speak loudly even among themselves. Food is medium quality. Prices are not very affordable either. Wc's are clean. In general, I went to the restaurant several times and I really regretted it each time. When I was talking with the waiter on my last visit, the person I thought was the manager called out to the customer (ie me) as if he was scolding his staff. I'm sorry (The only reason for me to go is that there is a mosque below where you can pray). In short, if you are going to go out without sitting, take a doner wrap, etc., but otherwise I do not recommend it seriously. You live exactly the saying "to be disgraced with your money" here ..

Card payment was not possible! Was told to me after eating. Had to withdraw money in the kiosk with a fee of 5 €. And the food was not special and not fresh either.

Good food, we always order online and it comes quickly, warm and tasty. The driver is very friendly and kind. In addition, the restaurant always adds a delicious dessert. Everything perfect!

The condition was very good, the tea was always filled up very quickly and there was always an employee nearby. The food was ok, not bad. There could have been more choices.

Amazing! We went with a friend and had some soups for start and it was absolutely delicious and had some Adana kebab and spare ribs for the main dish. The service was great and staff were friendly and helpful, specially Saban our waiter was the best! Highly recommend this place and we will come for sure!

The environment is beautiful, the food is delicious .. But there was a male waiter who looked at us, we saw Bi while giving orders and paying the bill, The food is over, the table is not gathered, the waiter is walking around, not interested in us. Then there was a brunette waitress who understood our situation, she came and was interested. He gathered our table and gave our tea. I still recommend it.

It is one of the rare venues in Düsseldorf. They are interested enough. Friendly employees. The place is very clean and wonderful ... I recommend it. Surely come by

It was the most disgusting meal I have ever eaten, especially if they had a waitress I wanted four 4 colas, one came The soup never came Pommes for kids didn't come WCs could not be removed from smells and dirt. I think the medics should check it out Employees don't have masks I would like to give zero stars but unfortunately not

If I had the option, I would’ve given them no stars at all! Where can I even start?! Well, I just binned the food, that’s how horrible it was. Ordered 2 doners (chicken and meat), both tasted absolutely terrible. Moreover, finding this raw piece of chicken in my sandwich, it just put me off the food. How disgusting!!! Also the Gouda Pida came all burnt, with the almost no cheese. Never ordering again, and will make sure to warn friends as well.

A small doner kebab with french fries that is supposedly on the menu for 7 € gave me 10 €. I saw that the till was empty and because I paid with 50 € and they didn't have any change, they charged me kebab for 10 €. When I asked, they said that the prices had changed. Of course, everything without a receipt. The action is absolutely outrageous.

Very good first class food. The service is very friendly and extremely professional. The food arrives in no time, is fresh and anything but small portions. The restaurant is highly recommended and will definitely be visited again on the next trip to Düsseldorf.

Just very bad !! Too bad for words. Waited 50 minutes for kunefe which costs 6 euros you get a cold sticky mess that is not eatable. I really wouldn't eat here folks, a few yards away there are much better establishments.

Man, you should definitely try their lahmacun! Mixed grill was also awesome. Thank you guys for good quality meal and a good service!

A super restaurant in Düsseldorf. Strongly recommend anybody who loves grills and lahmacun!

Choice at breakfast was minimal, so we decided to go for 2 plates. The children ate bread with Nutella. Still we had to pay for 4 people. The “owner” came to check and didn't come across as hospitable at all 👎

Sorry, but it was really a horrible disaster! Food was way too salty, and cold! Adana kebab tasted ok but that was all...service was unfortunatly not interested at all, it was all served quick and cold.But the most memorable thing was the view outside..a square with more than 20 drug users adicted to all kind of drugs were using and dealing in front of our eyes, this all during eating with our children...unfortunatly not the Konak I used to know as in Amsterdam.

They serve morning breakfast buffet and some of the hot items were cold and for sure from the previous night. Price is cheap but hot items were not that hot. Tea was fantastic.

Best Turkish food

Very good and tasty food. I recommend this place. Right in the middle of Dusseldorf city centre .

Unfortunately it's just not good food. The salad looked like from the day before, the cheese tasted weird and the 'cocktail' sauce wasn't good at all. I had so many good kebaps before, but this was one of the worst. 2 stars for cleanliness and friendly staff.

Good Turkish Restaurant

Food was okay, service wasn't. The waitress did not get the correct order nor did she bring the drinks we ordered along with the food, and no, it wasn't like she gave us the food of another table, she ignored the notes we gave about the food, such as no mushrooms/onions.
